Shipping and Delivery
All local and international shipments are delivered using mail or courier service providers. Shipping within the UK is free of charge with the exception of sample products.
Shipping for samples is £2.00 for the UK. For the rest of the world the shipping charge is £15. We will then refund the difference between the actual cost of shipping.
Product Description
LK Skincare will endeavour to ensure that the content and product description on this site is as accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that the content and product description is accurate, complete, current or error free.
Payment
We currently only accept payment by PayPal (or credit card through PayPal without a PayPal account).

Taxes and duties applicable to your order depend on the destination country of your order. You will be responsible for import duties, customs and local sale taxes levied by the destination country. You may only see the prices of the products and the shipping charges at the time you make your online purchase. We are unable to advise on the amount of taxes and duties levied by the destination country. The courier carrier will contact you locally with details of any import duty to pay.
Acceptance of Order
Once you have entered your personal details and payment details to place your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order request. This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order request and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
Your order will be accepted and the contract between you and LK Skincare will be completed when we send you an email to confirm the goods have been despatched to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of despatch are subjects of the sale contracts. All sale contracts are made in the United Kingdom and are written in English. LK Skincare Ltd reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason in its sole discretion. Our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order.
Delivery Time
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible subject to stock availability and quality checks.
For shipment to the UK, orders are expected to be delivered within 5 business days by Royal Mail First Class or courier.
For shipment to the rest of the world, delivery time is subject to international courier delivery times of the courier service in your country.
Cancellation, Returns and Refund
You may cancel or make changes to your order before a dispatch confirmation email is sent to you.
Please check the goods before opening to ensure that the correct products are sent to you. If you find that any product sent to you does not correspond to your order, please contact us at info@lkskincare.com immediately and return such product in its original packaging, unopened and unused within 7 business days upon receipt of such product. We shall endeavour to refund your PayPal account within 14 business days upon receipt of such returned item.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any used or open products.
For the avoidance of doubt, acceptance by you or your representative of your order delivered by mail or courier service providers shall mean receipt of such order.
Please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable and you shall bear all shipping charges for returning a product.

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, together with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. The relevant courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms and Conditions.
